London, October 10, 2000 — (Streaming Media Europe, Booth #116) – Yack^SM (www.yack.com) has entered into a distribution agreement with streaming media entertainment portal Switch2.net (www.switch2.com). The announcement was made today at Streaming Media Europe by Sean Malatesta, Yack’s Vice President of International Business Development.

Through the partnership, Yack’s comprehensive Internet Program GuideSM will be available to Switch2.net’s vast audience of online entertainment seekers.

Yack currently has a number of other European distribution deals that include co-branded sites with UK Internet service providers World Online, FreeServe, Line One and Madasafish. Further, Yack recently cemented distribution agreements with chello Broadband and British Telecommunications.
