New York — June 28, 2000 — Aiming to provide its users with an experience as dynamic and rich as the broadband events it covers, YackSM, the Internet Program GuideSM, today unveiled Fast Yack (http://fast.yack.com), a no-holds-barred broadband version of the popular Internet Program GuideSM. The new site made its official debut today at eMediatainment World.

"Yack has long been dedicated to evangelizing Web users to the joys of broadband entertainment," stated Jeff Morris, President and CEO of Yack. "While our recent redesign of the main Yack site reconfirmed our commitment to narrowband users, Fast Yack is our invitation to the world to join the broadband revolution."

Conceived with the broadband user in mind, Fast Yack takes full advantage of all the latest technological advances, launching a full-on assault on the senses with a steady barrage of images and information laid out in a graphically-rich, flash-enhanced site. The launch of Fast Yack comes on the heels of a major redesign of the Yack home page, which was made sleeker to ensure faster load times for dial-up users.

Fast Yack, which was designed with the help of the award-winning firm One9ine, culls from Yack's standard roster of tens of thousands of weekly online event listings to offer bandwidth-intensive programs that would be of particular interest to users with ISDN, DSL or even speedier connections.

Fast Yack highlights include:
• A ticker-type scroll across the top of the page offering images from the days' top events
• Yack's editors' choice for the day's very best online event
• Quick access to all of Yack's critically-acclaimed guides: Online Film, Online Radio and Major League Baseball

Earlier this week, Yack announced a distribution deal with chello broadband nv, one of the world's leading broadband Internet companies, to provide Fast Yack to chello users throughout Europe, Latin America and Australasia.
