New York City, December 6, 2000— YackSM, the Internet Program GuideSM, and EarthLink (NASDAQ: ELNK), the nation's second largest Internet service provider, have formed a partnership that provides EarthLink's 4.6 million subscribers with quick access to Yack's comprehensive online events listings. The announcement was made today by Jeff Morris, President & CEO of Yack.

Yack is the authority on what's happening in the world of online events, including streaming media and chats. Named the "Best Guide for Live Events" by Yahoo! Internet Life, Yack steers users to tens of thousands of Web events and programs each week.

According to Morris, event listings from both the narrowband and the broadband version of Yack will be accessible through a co-branded guide on EarthLink's subscriber-exclusive Web properties. Yack will be EarthLink's default Internet program guide for users searching for net events, live online chat and cybercasts.

"This partnership with EarthLink, the nation's second largest ISP, further establishes Yack as the leader in Web guidance," said Morris. "It's a fantastic opportunity to introduce our vast database of online events and programs to EarthLink's Web-savvy subscriber base."

"The addition of Yack's content to our Personal Start PageTM will help our subscribers keep abreast of the growing number of live events and online forums taking place on Web," said Erika Jolly, EarthLink's vice president of consumer products and services. "Yack's broad range of narrowband and broadband programming will greatly enhance our subscribers' ability to enjoy the Internet as a medium for live and interactive events."

Yack recently inked distribution deals with Road Runner, British Telecommunications, chello broadband, LineOne, the UK's leading ISP, streaming media entertainment portal Switch2Net, and Singapore One, the main broadband service of Singapore.
